請選一個舒適安靜的空間,先闔上雙眼,深呼吸,讓心沉靜下來,任思考浮現心頭。今天感覺如何?是快樂、悲傷、無聊、煩躁、不悅或充滿壓力?觀察它們之後,再任由它們流逝。逐一欣賞每一張花卡,以直覺從中選出你最有感覺的花卡。
1.依直覺將您「喜歡的」、「討厭或感覺怪的」的花卡各選6張,並記下編號。
Select your "like" and "dislike or weird" flower pictures 6 of each by your instinct, and write down the numbers assigned for the pictures.

2.將「喜歡的」花卡前3張與「討厭或感覺怪的」花卡前3張記錄編號,記得深呼吸,讓心沉靜。(其他的6張花卡為副卡,可作為情緒解析時底層情緒之參考。)
Take a deep breath and let your mind calm. Write down the numbers of your top 3 “like” and top 3 “dislike or weird” flower pictures. (The rest of the 6 flower pictures are secondary cards, which can be used as a reference for the underlying emotions when analyzing emotions.)

3.將最喜歡與最討厭各3張 共6張花卡打散,依照感覺的強烈程度找出「最有感覺」、次有感覺……排1-6的順序,依序寫下編號。
3.1 Mix up the 3 favorites and 3 dislikes flower pictures (6 in total). According to the intensity of your feeling towards each flower picture, rank them 1-6 from having the strongest feelings towards it, to having the weakest feeling towards it, write down the numbers of the picture in order.
3.2 Write flower number in a blank.
